Bennch

Terms

Last updated 29 October 2026

These terms cover your use of Bennch during early access. By creating an account you agree to them.

Early access

Bennch is new and invite-only. Features will change, and there may be bugs or downtime. Early access is free; we’ll tell you well in advance before anything you use starts to cost money.

Your account

Keep your password safe and turn on an authenticator app if you can. You’re responsible for what happens under your account. Tell us at hello@bennch.co.uk if you think someone else has used it.

Your work

What you put into Bennch is yours. You give us permission to store and show it to you so the service works. Bennch never stores your source code; it stays wherever you keep it. Don’t put passwords, API keys or other people’s personal data into cards or prompts; Bennch refuses values that look like secrets, but it can’t catch everything.

Claude Code

Bennch works with Claude Code, which you run under your own Anthropic account and its terms. Bennch doesn’t run AI itself and isn’t responsible for the code Claude writes. You decide what’s accepted.

Fair use

Don’t use Bennch to break the law, to harm others, or to try to get into accounts or data that aren’t yours. We may pause an account that does.

No guarantees

Bennch is provided as it is. As far as the law allows, we aren’t liable for indirect losses, lost profits or lost data. Nothing here limits liability that can’t be limited by law.

Ending

You can delete your account at any time in Account. We may end early access with notice, and you’ll be able to download your data first.

Law

These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales.
